Also, what I noticed is that I can move and resize the window, it resizes and reassembles the internal UI elements as it should--but I cannot click on anything inside. So, I guess the program is not stuck, only the internal UI. I cannot even click on the close/minimise/maximise buttons, or any other button or element whatsoever.
OK, so the UI got unstuck. I actually left it to its own devices for tens of minutes, and finally it resolved something and unfroze. It seems that it is a problem with a bidirectional relation that I created between elements in my relation map, because when I finally managed to delete them, the UI never froze again. But I don't know why it got stuck.
Hi, upgrading to 0.46 might help. There has been some fixes related to recursion which caused some hangups.
Hi there,
I was trying to work on a new relation-type note to build a family tree. It was working fairly well until the UI froze. Tried to restart Trilium (by killing the process in Activity monitor, as CTRL + R doesn't work) but nothing. The UI activates, but I cannot click on anything. I am working on Linux, Ubuntu based. Cannot check Trilium's version as I cannot do anything in the UI, but I guess it is the latest or the penultimate version.
Can you please help me out?
Also, notice that there's some command executed and logged during start up:
Which I don't actually perform.
Here's the log file:
