Hello, interesting, unfortunately I can't reproduce this.

Does this happen for every text note, if not, what are the conditions under which this happens?

tcmurphy42 commented 2 years ago

I experience this as well with all my notes that have 4 headings or more (ToC does not appear until my note has at least 4 headings). I have a custom theme applied, and noticed that disabling it fixes the issue. I have not yet figured out what in my css is causing this to happen.

Follow-up on this as I've been tinkering with settings since my last comment... I noticed it wasn't so much my custom theme as a whole, but specifically the font and, even more specifically, the font size.

I disabled my custom theme and the issue corrected itself, but when I overrode the font (through Menu > Options) the issue occurred again. I removed the override and the issue corrected itself once more.

I then reapplied the override and tinkered with the font sizing and noted that the sizing for some fonts (I looked at monospaced fonts, but there could be others) causes the numerical bullet for Heading 2 to be cut off visually.
