I think a more detailed description might be required here. What do you mean exactly by "opening the local directory"?
What I mean is that as in the picture, the previous hyperlink is a normal url, and the next hyperlink points to a local directory. You can directly open the folder after clicking it. Personally, I think this can manage the local folder that is inconvenient to add to the document through trilium, which is convenient for recording and organizing.

Yes, it is what I want. But I don't know how to use it.
@Allen307 and @zadam I think this is covered under #965 Hopefully if/when that gets implemented, we'll be able to reference other local files and applications.
