I use my Chromebook for private and school use and found Trilium to be a good solution for my daily live, but it doesn't seem to have a flatpak for ARM64 devices or binaries in general.

I use Debian 12 and wiped ChromeOS completely so its less about Chromebooks and more about ARM64 CPUs.
I can use it just fine on my raspberry pi 4 using docker. I host it as a server there. Don't know about the desktop application, but the http server should work fine as a workaround.
