This is not really expected, but it's difficult to debug without more information :-(
Thank you for your reply!! I gave up after reading about maintenance mode, thats why my reply took so long, sorry. Which informations do I need to provide for further investigations?

Description
Sometimes when klicking a note it takes up to 3 Seconds for it to change the Content of the note. The title changes immediately but the content doesnt. I've tried re-deploying the container, downgrading the version and using a fresh install. The fresh install is working fine, as far as I can see but I'd have to move all my notes over and I dont know if that would cause the same loading problems.
Is this to be expected with about 150 Notes for my DnD Campaign? I have some Pictures for Places and NPCs but nothing too big. It doesnt happen all the time, sometimes changing is instant.
My Docker Host has 10GB Ram and two 3,8Ghz cores. Htop shows headroom for ram and cpu so I dont think its the host itself. I access my Trilium via nginx-proxy-manager. There I have activated the websockets Support as I've read that this could cause loading problems when creating or deleting notes.
I've also vacuumed the DB and ran the DB checks. All finished successfully and witout any errors shown.
I've seen that Trilium is in Maintainance Mode but I wanted to shoot my shot because I dont want to switch my Note-taking-app right now...
Thank you for reading!
