Clip Selection only #836

Hi

It would be nice if the web clipper clips on the selection in a page if there is a selection. Most of the ime the clipper clips al ot of unnecessary information.

There's "Save selection to Trilium" in the context menu for that ...

Interesting I have not seen it since I never use context menu. I will try it.

I tried it it works except when there is an image in the selection, then it throws an erro saying it is is having hard time connecting to Trilium.

our request failed because we could not contact Trilium instance. Please make sure Trilium is running and is accessible.

Try this in the Trilium readme page. Start selecting from Trilium Notes and the screenshot image down to the end of the "Features". The right click and choose save selection to Trilium.

It is interested that sending the image to Trilium directly works, or one without an image but not both.

Bizarre enough, your README is the only one with that error. I tried it in another browser with the same result. Trying to save the README fronbt page as a whole throws the same error too.
