Add an MQTT-SN broker

Currently you include MQTT-SN tools (which default to localhost connections) and the mosquitto broker - why not also add RSMB (from the Eclipse Mosquitto project) which also has MQTT-SN capabilities as a broker?

The reason I created this Vagrant box is to let people easily evaluate our proprietary MQTT Broker and MQTT-SN Gateway, i.e. I only interested in CLI clients.

Mabe I should rename this to mqtt-cli and create another vagrant box for people who want to quickly create development environment for MQTT. The tools that need to be included there:

• MQTT Broker (mosquitto or paho)
• MQTT-SN Gateway (RSMB -?)
• MQTT-SN Forwarder (UDP to TCP, ZigBee to TCP)
• MQTT CLI clients (mosquitto_pub/sub)
• MQTT-SN CLI clients (mqtt-sn-tools)
• MQTT Python, C, Java, node.js and JS (Websockets) libraries (paho / mosquitto, mqtt.js, etc. - ?)
• MQTT / MQTT-SN Arduino tools (?)
