Description of the new feature / enhancement

We should ship the same set of rich features that plugins in Run today currently provide -- we will need to migrate all of the existing out of the box plugins to the new system.

Thinking ahead -- Wox has a concept of logging... we may want to have some easy to leverage logging infrastructure.
