If the directory stops existing, then the mirror ceases to be valid, so badness

I guess it'll probably try and delete all the files on other hosts, but it'll reject the deletion of the .nebs, so it'll regenerate that and regenerate all the paths up to the cloud root, but everything else will get purged from other clouds.

Considering that's probably not what we want, we should test this.

We need to be able to determine if the root dir is getting deleted. If it is, then we'll need to:

• [ ] delete the cloud from the host locally, instead of sending file deletes to other hosts.
• [ ] stop tracking that path for updates
