Hi,
Thanks for trying KinBot. We are indeed updating the installation method to make it easier. The method to install KinBot is via pip (pip3), so pip install kinbot
should do the work. I actually updated the instructions on how to install KinBot this last Friday. Let me also add that a conda-forge package will soon be available.
Also note that conda has it's own pip installer, so if you type pip install kinbot
from within a conda environment, the installation will be confined to that environment.
Let me know if you have further comments.
Thanks @cmartia. I use KinBot for a while, even tried to make some contributions. Note that when trying to use the instruction under your wiki, the following error occurs:
