Deploy to Maven Central #4

As was requested in #3, deploy the Java SemVer to the Maven Central.

Created a JIRA ticket (https://issues.sonatype.org/browse/OSSRH-7310) at Sonatype JIRA.

Deployed to the Snapshots repository https://oss.sonatype.org/content/repositories/snapshots/com/github/zafarkhaja/java-semver/. Planning to deploy it to the Staging repository and eventually promote it to the Releases repository and/or the Maven Central repository this weekend (October 19th, 20th) after I complete #2 and probably fix some bugs if they occur prior to release.

It took me a little bit more than I had expected, but finally I have promoted the latest version to the Sonatype Releases Repository (http://oss.sonatype.org/content/repositories/releases/com/github/zafarkhaja/java-semver/) from where it will be synced to the Central Repository very soon.
