Not showing the fist layer (layer 0) for Slic3r #15

When I export gcode from slic3r for my makerbot, the first layer showing skirt, brim, raft etc. does not show up.

I just checked with a gcode file of mine and the brim showed up.

Could you please send a test gcode file.

The latest update fixed the problem.

I tried to email the file but it failed.
