Changed "Install conky" to "Install conky-all" #20

In all normal package managers like apt or yum conky just has the conky-std package as a dependency, but harmattan needs conky-all.

There is no package conky-all in suse's repos, nor in fedora's, If I remember correctly.

Then that should be said explicitely in the readme, because I made the error to only install conky-std and the widgets were just total crap like $image $image $image.

EDIT: Argh, yeah, you are right, there really is no conky-all in other package managers :D

I'm not gonna add this to the readme. Way to distro specific.
