FLAC indexing fails with PR1.3 #11

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Update N900 to PR1.3
2. tracker-processes -r

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I expect to have both MP3 and FLAC indexing, and I see only MP3s in Media 
Player.

FLAC indexing worked again after I removed and reinstalled Ogg Support, and did 
a tracker-processes -r.

OGG support 1.06 worked (extras-devel), 1.05 does not work.
