Compile Project, Mode: Release, Target: fpexport.exe: Exit code 1, Errors: 1 fpexport.lpr(10,10) Fatal: Cannot find mncFirebird used by fpexport of the Project Inspector.

Did you compiled minilib packages first?

minilib\lib\MiniCommons.lpk minilib\connection\source\MiniConnections.lpk

download it from http://sourceforge.net/projects/minilib

You dont need fbembedd.dll if you want to use firebirdsql server
