Unable to install any provider versions #183

I receive the following error installing any version of the provider.

Partner and community providers are signed by their developers. If you'd like to know more about provider signing, you can read about it here: https://www.terraform.io/docs/cli/plugins/signing.html ╷ │ Error: Failed to install provider │ │ Error while installing zahiar/bitbucket v1.6.0: error checking signature: │ openpgp: key expired

But downgrading the terraform version to 1.5.7 worked for me.
