Enhancement request for scan start timestamp #64

At a bare minimum it would be incredibly helpful to have a timestamp of when 
scans are started.  Then it'd be nice to be able to see it in the view scan 
results section and when exporting results to XML.

If possible it would also be very helpful to have start and end timestamps for 
individual hosts.
