chore: delete @guildedjs/embeds and move to guilded.js

Please describe the changes this PR makes and why it should be merged: This is breaking. The overhead of maintaining @guildedjs/embeds outweighs the benefits. It was originally separated because it is completely library agnostic, but having it be it's own package when it's only a single structure is extraneous.
