Please describe the changes this PR makes and why it should be merged:

Status

Semantic versioning classification:

[x] Added Message.isReply to check if message is a reply
[x] Added await Message.server to directly access the server will return null if it's not a server (currently it's not possible to return null)
[x] Switched message.channel() to fetch instead of getting from cache
[x] Added message.url()
