[Feature Request] Support rclone as another option #85

rclone is a really nice way to download from Google Drive, Dropbox, etc. However, constructing the download command from the url is a small pain. Any chances we can get a way to create the command to download via rclone?

Sorry I'm overwhelmed with other projects currently and I won't have the time to implement this any time soon. A pull request is welcome though.
