Migrate to virtual thread #13

Try to use fixed 1 million thread pool size.

reopen due to ServiceExecutor is not facilitating virtual thread. wait java19 to use virtual thread.

for temporary solution, it will use half of available cores. and reopen this issue when java 19 available.
