Add scrollbar width condition #8

The scrollbar width should not be added to the gallery container width, unless it actually has a scrollbar, eg. overflow prop set to any value except hidden.

It still looks a bit off i my end. On page load it looks good, but after a resize something is wrong: http://screencast.com/t/5IzfD34W2X85

this stuff is tricky if it's still off after this fix, I'm afraid I don't have the time to look into this right now :/
