NPC swimming #142

Theoretically introduced by the unified knockback implementation.

Confused messaging formal-fixed by 54a56ab556ea34f5f45816e0d91c7aeb9b1ee373 . What pathfinding there is, still won't initiate swimming; this was introduced for the mobile::knockback_from re-implementation .
