It gets worse ;) That's what I get in my own testing for turn zero.
The game stablizes at 10-20 seconds/turn (depending on how much whole-world pathfinding is going on) by Day four or so. (This is when both the CHAR Underground Base, and the Hospital, are stripped.)
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 PRO 4650G RAM: 16 GB, 2400 MHz GPU: Geforce RTX 2060 Super
Moving a single turn takes ~3 seconds where the game will accept no other inputs.
All defaults were used for generation at game start, no options changed.
