I needed to deploy jogging as a Debian package. So instead of keeping my changes internally, I want to share them with the community.
I added the required files, it does not interfer with something outside the debian/ folder... so it's safe for you guys to accept this change.
I actually point the bug URL to my fork issue URL... but I plan to only fix my own bugs.
