Make Responsive (& PWA?) #6

While the website looks good on most standard sized desktop monitors, it would be nice to have this wallet be responsive and perhaps as a PWA for mobile users.

7 added PWA functionality, just needs to be made adaptive / responsive and this issue is closed :)
