Rowboat supports only TI devices.
But could you post the output of logcat? We may able to tell what the problem
could be.

it is seems that something is wrong in "system/bin/mediaserver"
But I don't know what.
When I don't follow steps of DSP wiki and just download repo and do make, then
everything works perfectly but screen flickes on touch.

1. you are able to get to the shell. Could you enter the 'logcat' command there
and post the results.. that may give hints to why mediaserver died
2. re Screen flickering - this is possibly because the SGX graphics
acceleration libraries are not installed. You can follow the steps given in the
BuildAndConfigure guide to install SGX on your filesystem

Problem was some thing else. I am using gingerbread with DSP. There is a
comment on Source wiki page that for gingerbread with DSP
"Regarding rowboat-gingerbread.xml or rowboat-gingerbread-dsp.xml: "vram=32M omapfb.vram=0:16M" need to be added to bootargs. Otherwise failed at "couldn't open framebuffer HAL (Bad address)". mem=128M should be increased to mem=512M (maybe). FYI"
After using logcat command, I saw that having same issue, So did as suggest
above and problem resolved. And atlast Android runs perfectly.
Although mediaserver is still dies. try to look on that if won't able to
resolve, then I will come back to you again. Thanks

Hi,
Did you enable battery service?
Is this happens exactly 60 seconds after you unplug the USB cable?
Your omap watchdog is set to 60 seconds, so I think you should print out time
stamps on your kernel and see what happens 60 seconds before.
