Present your analysis of the IIT Seat Matrix Allocation data. Make sure to include:

plots describing the gist of the data
proper deductions drawn from each plot
inference (bonus) develop a machine learning model to predict most popular choices at a particular rank.

@FAMFRIENDLYMONKE I have completed the analysis for the Netflix Recommendation system (issue #10), and my pull request (#29) has been successfully merged. I would like to take on the next task and request to be assigned the issue Analyze iitSeatAllocation #9.
