Add notification on selection of invalid date #16

In the dashboard when we click on 'New Appointment' and if we enter an invalid date the appointment still gets created and is reflected in the inventory.

Add a new toast notification that pops up when the user selects an invalid date. Reference for the same has been provided below. toast
