Handle revisions made by deleted apps user, patch included #70

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. create a user in your google apps domain
2. login as that user and perform some changes in a site
3. login as an google apps admin and delete the user
4. perform an export and an import

What do you see instead?

some NullPointerExceptions

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

mac, from hg
