The instance npc in valhalla does not sell the zone timer increase that I can see. Also normally we would get an hour free per day - it is not resetting back to one hour daily

The daily reset didn't happen the other day when it was supposed to. It was due to a memory issue on the server. It does happen normally though still otherwise.

I've added the items to the npc as well..
