Can't join any Growth room without time #388

If you have 0 zone time then it will not allow you to enter the very slow growth room. You can still enter fast growth room with time and it will auto teleport you to very slow room when time runs out.

"You don't have enough Zone time to enter the growth rooms..."

This is fixed with the next restart
