Unable to load character. #399

Have been unable to login to character Vexyone, last time I was on I was sitting in SKT. Loads to below screen unknown

Your character config somehow managed to get too large, I cleared it and it fixed it.

I'm gonna edit the code so that if this causes a crash in the future (after restart) then it will automatically fix it and allow login without this black screen issue.
