When fighting and using NB several times in succession, there is some kind of sprite animation lag that causes the character to continue 'casting' NB which prevents doing anything else, i.e. moving, changing targets, casting other spells using pots. This state exists until the system and client 'catch up' with each other. Doing something similar with say a mage, casting Firestorm, while it works to catch up with multiple use, even spamming, does NOT prevent the mage from casting anything else or heal. The catch up is centered around the FS spell and not the mage itself.
This is a royal pain in the ass and is connected to the excessive lag between NB and Triple. An issue I reported long ago, where if you cast Triple, and the old spell timer completed, you click NB, it wasn't available. Had to click it several times before NB would fire.
