Fafurion XR cloak stat issue #427

The faf XR cloak has no additional int after level 30, only str. The winds/flames cloaks both add dex/str and damage / higher pen. The 2 other XR cloaks also add HP but the faf one does not. I think the faf XR cloaks stats should be buffed up appropriately for the item class.

Also on the same note, the faf scaled xr belt has no int, either. The lind/vala ones have dex/str and crit/damage bonuses. The anth has res & str/dex/con. The passive healing ability does not provide enough of a benefit.. should have int on the faf xr belt also.
