Cant login #434

When I go to logon I agree to terms goes to char logon screen I select character then it dcs and says 20210222_164704 I havent played in a while but even tried creating new charatcer and still same error

I changed my low-cal to United States English I'm running Windows 7 I updated my video card driver I don't know what else it could be I have other version of Linux installed on my computer but it's separate HD is installed the way it says when the connection guide
