Red eggs not working #451

I turned in 816 green/177 blue/2purple/it didnt show the 11 red I also got in. Therefore it didn't give +1 buff. Can you look into that? I should have gotten 2175 points but it only gave me 1180.

It happened 6/2 3:47AM Pacific time. Thanks!

I had 7670 points when I turn them in, I should have 9,845 now. I am working toward 10,100. So please help me get the point up to date.

Note: I turned in an red egg before this, it only counts 3 points, and the buff icon wasn't showing. I thought it was just a bugg and turned in the rest, then find out I did not have the red buff on.

Please help me fix this bug and allow me to turn in the rest of my egg when you have a chance,
