Character HP Jump bug #457

See video. The HP jumps from some random number to my normal hp, and it kept on decreasing, I see that when it goes to 0 it doesnt kill my char, but what is going on?

I think this has to do with HP reading between different characters. When I restart from my alt and log into other char, the HP seems to jump back to the alt. Doesnt matter how many alt I change, it always reflects the that specific one's HP. and the fact it is losing HP, is likely due to the fact that one char was under attack at the moment of log out.

Making it easier to understand:

Playing as A, log out to play B, B's hp bar jumps between A & B. When it jumps back to A, it keeps on decreasing since A might be losing HP at the moment of log out. And if I change to C, same thing happened, just between C & A now.
