Unable to set Photoshop CS2 as default editor when CS3 is also installed #162

First of all, if you have any Haxies, InputManagers, SIMBL plugins or
similar operating system hacks installed, please remove them first, restart
the program, and make sure the bug is reproducible without them.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Have both Photoshop CS2 and CS3 installed
2. Open an image using Xee
3. In Xee menu, goto File > Open in Editor > Set Default Editor

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I should be able to set any editor as default, except Photoshop CS2. If I
try to set PS CS2, it defaults to PS CS3 even though both options are
available in the menu.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I am using Xee 2.0 on a 15" Macbook Pro with OSX 10.4.11

Please provide any additional information below.

If both apps use the same identifier, this would be a problem. There is no
quick fix
for this, however, and it's likely a quite rare situation.
