I use this program to browse jpg and other pictures within a folder. The picture that i first view in the folder doubles up. #390

First of all, if you have any Haxies, InputManagers, SIMBL plugins or
similar operating system hacks installed, please remove them first, restart
the program, and make sure the bug is reproducible without them.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Have a few pictures in a folder
2. Click on any of the images to start viewing.
3. That first picture will double up, so that when i view in reverse i see it 
twice (NB i didn't have this problem in version 2. Also this can be stopped by 
clicking on "Include Images from Folders". However, the problem starts again 
when i start another folder.)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I would expect to see the images smoothly one after the other. Instead when i 
get back to the starting image it will pause while it goes from one identical 
copy to the next.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
version 3.1  and  osx 10.9

Please provide any additional information below.

This seems to be some weird Mavericks bug, but as soon as I tried tracking it 
down and fixing it, it stopped happening. 3.2 should be released any time now, 
and it seems to no longer have this bug, but I don't know why!

Hopefully it will stay fixed.
