Switch to old instant Fullscreen mode #393

Using the Fullscreen mode on OSX causes delays with all the scrolling before 
being able watch to a picture. The useless animation after during the switch to 
Fullscreen cannot be switched off currently. 

Please use the old Fullscreen mode - instant display of the picture or make it 
switchable as an option between OSX and the instant Fullscreen mode.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to disable the animation while switching to 
official full screen mode. Custom full screen mode will not be implemented, as 
it is far too much work for too little benefit.
