Mac Rotate & Save brakes photo up #444

On my Macbook Pro.
1. Save a photo from the internet
2.  Rotate  ( shift+ command+ R )
3.  Save  ( command + S )
What WAS the top 1/4 inch
is now on the Bottom.

sort of like the photo was attempting to TILE
but there's only 1 photo with a odd bottom border
that came from the top.

This is normal behaviour. If your image is not an even multiple of 16 pixels in 
width and height, it's impossible to losslessly rotate the edge parts.

Use "Export", and you will have an option to discard the unrotateable edge 
parts, or you can choose to recompress the image.
