We need a table to store ref id's based on the swift document. Either 1 or 2 characters. #141

We need a way to store ref id's in a table. These are extra hours that marylynn can assign.

I have still yet to see this swift report. I have only seen the faculty report.

Okay. So every swift report needs it's own ID? I don't see an ID on the print out. We're supposed to be generating reports, not saving them. Why do we need an id for this?

Well to be honest we can just generate the report in HTML because generating the report as it seems looks like something that would have to come from the database. I'm working on a work around to this.

No we don't need to the id.
