Need to provide a field in model for evaluation factor. #146

When clicking on add the modal only lets us specify a eval_name not a eval_factor.

This is intentional. Evaluation factors are stored within course and can be overriden in FacultyToCourseInSemesterYear.

Evaluation Names have no stored factors. It varies on the course. As a result, you cannot actually make an evaluation factor. This is working as intended.
