Completed user sign up with Auth0, so keyword registration is No. 1 priority

When user signs in, user should see keyword registration button next to log out button

users see news and keyword related them only, so this is more important. button has been added to manage keyword. keywords should be registered in crawl_url and client_crawl_ct
