Remove operating systems we don't need support for #108

The package in the base repo was too big (244M!) to check the gem binary into Github in our vendor/cache folder. This PR removes operating systems we don't need support for and gets the gem down to about 88MB.

Sorry I absolutely meant to open this PR into my personal fork
