Rank and autofire not displaying for MAME versions after 0.242 #5

I've tested with several MAME (and WolfMAME) versions - rank display woks on 0.242 but not on newer versions. (The extra ships are still unlocked from the start, but the extra info isn't displayed on-screen)

Works here on 0.253. Make sure stage edit dip is enabled, and region is set to Japan

AHA! You're right - sorry about that, I did have the region set to Japan but I didn't have the Stage Edit DIP switch enabled. Now it's working for me again.

Could this get added to the README? I'm not sure how I was supposed to figure that out.
