The text combines both underline and strike-through formatting and this is captured via Span tags having TextDecorationType attribute. Is this considered to be a good practice?

Is this technique Accessibility Supported? Approval by screen reader user is necessary.

Unable to verify behavior in any screen reader. They just read the text without providing anything related to the text decorations.
