PDFUA-231: Text content correctly tagged in one container #211

Jira issue originally created by user @unknown-jira-user-2:

The objective of this technique is to show how to tag text content, so that it is machine-readable. In this example the complete text content is nested in one container.

I would recommend to rename UA230: Text content (one container per word)

Comment created by @PaulRayius:

For the metadata, I included Matterhorn 11-001, 002, and 003 because, in the test procedures, it says "Check that the Natural Language is set for any text content."  Had it been more specific in the test procedures, that this was not about Alt (ActualText, or E), nor was it about the Outlines, I would have left those off.  But, because this says "any text," I included those.

Moving it along for review.

(This is the same comment as in #230.)

I agree with adding 11-001, 2, & 3 for PDFUA-230, PDFUA-231, and PDFUA-232.
