This example demonstrates the failure condition that applies if you are not following the basic technical rules. In this example the entries for the Structural Parent Tree for the second and third paragraph are missing.
Besides using a validator, you can check this by selecting the second or third paragraph of the document and trying to display the corresponding tag in the tag tree. However, this cannot be found because the entries are missing. However, in the tag structure itself, the second and third paragraphs appear to be tagged.
